- Build an online advertisement, including writing a unique description not only
of the RV/Park Model but of the resort it is located showing the families purchasing the lifestyle you bought into. - Respond to all phone calls, texts, and web inquiries (leads) from potential buyers at any time of the day or night.
- Identify and eliminate scammers and non-qualified buyers so your time is not wasted
- Match your RV to existing buyers in our database of potentials
- Obtain a signed Purchase & Sale Agreement (offer) from qualified interested buyers.
- Communicate counter-offers to buyers as necessary.
- Meet potential buyers at your RV for showings and a tour of the resort
- Facilitate a smooth closing process, including the safe and secure distribution of funds andtransfer of ownership.
- Ensure a smooth handover and transition to the new owner.
